A few months ago I had the wonderful opportunity to work on the set of Grassroots a movie directed by Stephen Gyllenhaal (Maggie & Jake's dad!). The film features Jason Biggs, Joel David Moore as well as Tom Arnold. I wasn't able to take any photographs on set but I can say that it was one of the best experiences that I've had to date and I learned a lot.
To celebrate the month of October I had the privilege of working on a very different photo shoot with Shawn Ripley. The Evergreen Cemetery in Everett, WA. was the backdrop for these "tall, dark & mysterious" shots. If you're a trivia buff then you may be interested to know that in 1995 Evergreen Cemetery was the location for a scene in the movie "Assasins" which starred Sylvester Stallone and Antonio Banderas! Cool, huh?
